We have 1.5 m bed type milling machine, Russian make to take care of large size of components, or batliboi make VMC to carryout precise operation.

We have large number of HMT milling machines, kirloskar lathes, drill tap machines etc, that enable us to make delivery commitments within or less than one week from order confirmation.
We maintain high quality standards with In-house inspection facility such as granite surface plates, hardness tester, Mitutoyo measuring instruments etc. These facilities are re-inforced with outside metallurgical test facilities to check our product at regular intervals for hardness microstructure etc.
Our measuring instruments are regularly calibrated form standards labs as per our quality plans.
All our machines and equipments are excellently maintained in their optimum capacities to ensure spot deliveries with inbuilt quality.

    We have adequate manpower properly allocated to take care of all departments of business.
We have trained engineers to take care of our day to day production schedules. Under them we have staff to take care of online inspection and predispatch quality checks.
We have selfowned premises of which 3500 sq.ft. is a workshop.
